When does it start?

Is this for me if I'm a solo practitioner?
Yes. The smaller the firm, the more the methodology matters - solo practitioners benefit most from substrate that can outlive whatever tools come and go. The curriculum is shaped for firms with one to roughly fifteen people.
Is this an "AI workshop"?
No. AI is part of the second stage (vendor literacy) and shows up in the third stage (owned implementation) as one form of leverage. The Workshop teaches the underlying methodology, which would be valuable in a world where AI didn't exist.
How does this compare to retaining you for Phase 1?
Phase 1 is us doing the diagnostic work for you, with you participating. The Workshop is you learning the methodology and applying it to your firm yourself, with our framework. Different price points, different time commitments, different right answers depending on where you are.
